Okay, so astronomy girl and I were walking out of the science building, and we start talking about the exam, then I say, “Hey, I’m going to head to Starbucks and was wondering if you wanted to get some coffee.” She said, “I can’t, I have to head home and get ready for work.” We then start talking about drinks and I tell her to have fun at work. This may seem like nothing, but this is major for me. If you knew me personally, you would know that I have never done anything like this. I’m not socially awkward, but I am not the kind of person to go up to a girl and talk to her for a while and then ask her out to coffee. So I am pretty stoked. Even though we didn’t go, I am content. I’m not going to over-analyze this situation. If I do, I’ll be super nervous again. I am happy.
